The haircut was supposed to be for an hour and it lasted 15 mins and the cut doesn’t suit me at all, feels like she just wanted to do a very quick job and didn’t care.

Overall pretty average but isn’t worth paying more than £35 for a haircut here given the quality and experience. Suggest investing your money somewhere better if you’re paying the peak prices.

Unfortunately my hair stylist was not welcoming at all. She didn't make me feel comfortable, I was hoping to go in today and get a different look, but she wasn't approachable on this, I felt like she didn't care and couldn't be bothered. So I wanted to get out myself. very disappointed, especially as I saw other stylist being friendly and welcoming to their clients. She struggled to get my hair even, I had to ask her to re do it multiple times when we finished she just walked off, not even a bye
