The SenioR stylist had a very "heavy hand" with the comb and was pretty violent, so my scalp hurt for 2 days after. I asked for layers, because I don't have a lot of hair and not only I've lost some more hair due to the painful combing, but also received 1 small layer. After the first wash, I also noticed that 1 side is longer than the other. Which happened a 2nd time with Live True London, but I thought if I pay more for the Senior Stylist I will have a decent cut. Disappointed...
