Terrible experience. I had booked in with Molly and when I arrived they told me just was off sick and someone was supposed to call me to reschedule which they didn’t. Because it took me 1hr30 to travel to this salon I agreed to go to another stylist. After waiting 45 mins, I had a brief consultation with the guy. I showed him exactly what I wanted and told him this was a trial for my wedding hair, after he put the toner in he said he didn’t think the picture would suit me so went warmer with the colour. He didn’t even consult me on this. By the time I got home and could properly see what he had done, my hair was a reddy colour completely different to what I had asked for. I’m really disappointed and disheartened about my hair, especially as it was a trial for my wedding. I would not recommend this salon.
