Not my stylist’s fault, she didnt have a diffuser -had to borrow it from her colleague- and water was cold initially she was kind enough to boil it and wash my hair with warm water and she was friendly. Everyone loved my hair, my bangs were a bit shorter to my taste even though they were a bit uneven but looks great now.
Overall decor was tacky, place needs more care and reception needs to be more polite for sure, also feels like they publish good reviews where they can. Overall, misleading.

It was very disappointing experience. When I arrived at the salon I was told that they couldn’t find my reservation and even they understood my situation that they couldn’t do anything apart from giving me another slot later with anothestylist not the one I booked in.Front desk staff was unhelpful and had a dismissive outcome towards me with no intention of compensating me. Another staff came eventually, very kind compared to the other one, and offered me a blow dry with a stylist in shortertime

The worst coloring experience I ever had. The stylist was 30mins late, when she arrived I reassured her that I’m not in a rush and was ok to wait. Then I explained than I want to be more blond and make my locks even more standing out, and that I don’t care if the colour is a bit yellowish because my hair are naturally quite dark and I like the warmer tones. She did exactly the opposite - made my balayage as dark as my natural hair colour and super cold almost like I just lost my colour and now it kind of blueish brown. On top of that she invited me to cut my hair a bit without explaining that it comes only as part of a package with a blow dry, which I didn’t use by the way. So in the end I had to pay extra £60 for the 1cm of hair she cut in less than 5mins and is uneven on different sides. I don’t know how else to explain my frustration other than to write this review.

Best highlights I've had! David understood exactly what I wanted and my hair needed delicate care after lots of highlighting, time to look more natural.
He was attentive throughout!
