Booked with a specific stylist but someone else ended up doing my hair. Poor communication from stylist, he didn’t seem to have understood what I wanted as I left with blocky very warm blonde hair. The roots of my money piece were not processed for long enough and are a different colour to the ends. Lots of overlapping of bleach which wasn’t necessary, and hair in pretty bad condition
