Very busy/cramped salon. No communications on timings (1hr 45min appointment turned into 4 hours in the chair) - also stuck me with an additional bill at the end because Balayage on Treatwell doesn’t also recommend adding toner/olaplex etc. hair also not what was discussed/picture shared at beginning of appointment. :(
