The salon is so central and everyone was so welcoming. Jerry was so calm and thorough with my hair. Great hair wash and massage from Jerry too. Highly recommend

First visit to the new Soho branch, I had the fantastic Claudia at Clapham previously and have followed her to the new branch. The Soho branch is less vibey than Clapham but on the plus side quiet and relaxing (it was a Tues lunch time to be fair). Claudia was fab as ever - listens to what I want and executes the thick, blunt cut, bangs and blow dry perfectly all whilst having a lovely chat. Thanks Claudia!

Avoid! They care more about Instagram than customers. Communication doesn't exist. They switched my hairdresser and did not have the decency to give me a call or email. My hairdresser left the building during my treatment- with bleach on my hair!! I should've guessed it would be awful from the patch test and consultation (which didn't happen). Took 3 weeks for them to assess me hair after as the colour changed dramatically after a week, to be told it is impossible. The managers can't even be bothered to speak to me.

Zofija is amazing. My trusty hairdresser that I had relied on for 5+ years moved back to New Zealand in 2019 and I have been jumping between salons since then, never quite finding a stylist that I LOVE. Zofija changed that for me today, she’s incredible, I’ll always book with her going forward. So talented and so chatty, made me feel so comfortable. Thank you again :) I will see you soon! xx
