Stylist was very friendly and chatty, haircut wasn’t the greatest, he didn’t put any heat protection before the blow drying either. I understand that the salon was very busy but after I finished my appointment no one bothered to get my coat/belongings from their storage, literally stood there waiting for 7 mins before I could get someone to get my stuff. I wish I could make more nice comments but this was a really disappointing experience. I’ve had better services in their Vauxhall branch.

My hair stylist, Jerry is a real artist. It was the best haircut I ever had. I have bald patches from hair loss and usually hate having a haircut. He made me so relaxed and I trusted him with everything. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, so confident. I have a punk style and let him do whatever he thought best. The result is perfect, everything I wanted. Thank you Jerry, I will be back!

Haircut was fine but sadly didn’t feel welcoming at all. At one point the hair dresser raised her voice at me 😅 Looking around the salon, many stylists seem nice and cool. I guess I was just unlucky to have that one.

The salon itself is new so it's nice and clean. Freezing cold tho.
