I feel a bit bad writing this but just wanted to say for others thinking of booking: the staff were lovely but the haircut was pretty rubbish – my blow dry looked completely mental at the end but I felt too bad to say anything because the stylist was so nice (which is my own fault!). I honestly looked like I’d been dragged through a hedge backwards. I’ve been before and had a good experience, so I think it’s a bit hit and miss…
