Lovely place, staff were really friendly. The consultation and advice given regarding the highlights was excellent. My only reason for the 4* overall was when finished the lady on reception said I had to pay more as I had been upgraded to a creative colour director. I did not know I had been upgraded and was not asked if I wanted the upgrade. It would have been a further £75 which I was shocked at. Fortunately she did go get someone who I think was the manager and he confirmed the upgrade was complimentary. Overall lovely I only write the comments for constructive feedback for future clients.

I won't be going anywhere else again! Gianni is a genius with the colour. Highlights on very short hair can be a disaster but he worked magic. Lovely atmosphere....not pretentious but very professional. I got great, honest advice. I came away with exactly what I wanted, rather than what a stylist felt like doing. I will be recommending Gro to everyone.
