This was my first time getting my haircut in a salon; Myra helped me feel at ease and in good hands, listened to what I wanted and my worries since I was getting a lot of hair cut off! Experience was relaxing, offered a drink and styled my hair beautifully. Really pleased with my hair now!!
Ladies' Haircuts
I arrived 15 mins early expecting to have to wait but I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken through straight away. I was given the nail colours to choose from and I asked for French. I was told I couldn’t have it as it has to be asked for at the time of booking but there is no option for this on treatwell (unless it’s hidden somewhere?). She also said it takes extra time so I couldn’t have it. I understand that French takes longer but I would have thought with 15 extra minutes she would have managed. I got the impression that she was clocking off after me and was happy I arrived early so she could finish early. The manicure was good overall and I was happy with the result just not a very ‘human’ service.

Brilliant experience and lovely blow dry from Spiros. Booked this last minute and was excellent value.

The nails itself ended up nice and the beautician was very professional. However, management wise, it definitely needs improvement.
