Quick, good value waxing service in a super convenient location. Great that they use Lycon wax for bikini waxing. Only wish they'd give you a disposable thong to wear during the waxing rather than doing it while you keep your own underwear on.

When I arrived for my appointment I was told that there is not booking in the system and apparently the Treatwell don’t update appointments according with the salon bookings. How is this customer problem??? As a customer who spend my time for traveling the last thing I want to hear this kind of silly explanation! The receptions wasn’t very welcome from the moment I walked in, and the only thing she could tell me is:- “I don’t know what to say, we don’t have any appointment available” when I could clearly see staff sitting around and chat with each other in which reception replied:- “they just sitting and waiting for the clients”. Seriously!!! I have been using this salon for month but really start thinking to change for more customer friendly and more professional one. Very disappointed!!! I recommend to think twice by booking with them through Treatwell to avoid disappointments and time waisting.
