went for a file and polish toes and hand plus paid for an extra hand massage. the polish was good and nice enough, although whilst I was waiting for it to dry I felt a little ignored and was waiting for it to dry for over half an hour which seemed a little long (but I am no expert). After leaving I also realised I never had the hand massage extra which I had already paid for which is quite disappointing and why I reduced the rating.
