Great! The staff really pulled together to do a great job, I felt super comfortable and will go back. They are really busy on a Friday but apparently Sunday is quieter so will keep this in mind...
Blow Dry
Great communication between salon and I.
They called, texted and left voicemail to let me know my appointment time needs to be changed, which I was fine with.
The receptionist also made me a cracking cup of tea which I really appreciated.
My stylist (sorry I didn't ask for your name! She was from Portugal!) was very friendly, experienced and calm. I was asked on the shape I'd like for my nails, and I told her about my concerns (flakey nails). Had a good chat with her, she did an excellent job - buffed and shaped my nails to perfection. I was indecisive between two colours, but my stylist allowed me to try on both and we ended up using both (one on my ring finger). Being the clumsy clown that I am I chipped two of my nails just as we went to dry them. She checked the state of all my nails and calmly redid the two chipped ones, integrating the drying process into putting on the layers of base, colour and top coat. Really pleased with the end result.
She also recommended a treatment that I can take home for my nails if I wanted to. Can't wait to come back for more!
