The staff were really friendly, and my hair looks great. A simple trim but styled really nicely. Also, delicious coffee!

Blow Dry
I am shy of hairdressers and usually go to someones home, but had to make a big colour change (I'm an actor) from blonde to dark for my work and Tan the colourist at GRO had been personally recommended. I felt that in the time I was at GRO I had the absolute attention of Tan, who was clearly passionate about his work. I was treated very gently and consultation was careful and detailed, The results are stunning and I will definitely return. Every person I saw in those four hours from ordinary blokes to the utterly beautiful girls looked fantastic (or more fantastic!) as they left the salon!
The blow dry was cheap but, sadly, I got what I paid for. It wasn't what I asked for and I had to wash my hair the day after as it didn't look good - I could've done it better myself!
