Jess was wonderful - I went in on a rainy day and she used the right products, my blow dry looked great all (rainy) weekend!

Lovely place, staff were really friendly. The consultation and advice given regarding the highlights was excellent. My only reason for the 4* overall was when finished the lady on reception said I had to pay more as I had been upgraded to a creative colour director. I did not know I had been upgraded and was not asked if I wanted the upgrade. It would have been a further £75 which I was shocked at. Fortunately she did go get someone who I think was the manager and he confirmed the upgrade was complimentary. Overall lovely I only write the comments for constructive feedback for future clients.
