First off, they have an amazingly cool ambiance, low-key but very creative, so it's a treat to be at the place. I needed a late appointment, so I came in at 8:30pm. My stylist didn't rush the job at all and stayed an extra 10 minutes to make sure she gave me a fabulous blow dry. Thanks for the consistent excellence, Gro!

My stylist understood what I wanted and did a great job - he also spent a considerable while styling my hair after the cut, which was much appreciated!
