Normally a great experience at the salon, a little disappointing today. Stylist running late which didn’t bother me at all; but she seemed very stressed and a little confused by my request for a bouncy blow dry.

I have to be honest, but this was an absolute s***show! Not only was I seen 20 mins late, thereafter the ‘stylist’ left me in the basin for almost 25 mins. Then to make it worse, she was incapable of blow drying my hair. Valid I have thick hair but how can one be a hairdresser when they are incapable of blow drying thick hair. I had to tell her what to do. No heat protectant used either. Her colleague had to help her, which I was grateful for. But still not a good blow dry at all!

Absolutely devastated with my blonde highlights. I wasn’t looked after properly - the hairdresser took a lunch break during my colouring and left the product on for two long, causing so much damage my hair is falling out. 0/10. Awful experience.
