Erika is hands down the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She always takes so much care and attention, making sure every detail is perfect, and somehow manages to give me exactly what I want every single time. She really listens, offers honest advice, and the results are always even better than I imagined.

The hairdresser did a great job, but it’s the 2nd time visiting with extra costs. The 1st time, I had booked through TW and not added a longhair option. This time, I did & was still told that it was an extra £15 because of ‘the extra time.’ I said that it took 50 minutes so still well within the slot and they said my hair was thick/long and I said I’d paid extra for long hair. They then gave up & frostily said to ‘forget’ it and I awkwardly left. They clearly don’t like TW customers
