The stylist didn't use heat protection before blow drying. Whatever shampoo and conditioner were used stripped my hair dry.

This is the second time Charlotte has done my hair and I don’t think she’s realised at this rate she will become the family hairdresser. She revived my hair from humid dry mess to this beautiful bouncy blowout and absolutely loved the colour and discussion we had leading up to what I wanted ❤️
