My hair cut looked great when I left the salon but the next day I realised it was very uneven & there long pieces everywhere. I contacted the salon several times before I finally spoke to someone. They told me they couldn’t help me unless I paid full price for a new haircut or I’d need to email their head office, which could possibly take 7 days to get back to me and they might not approve getting my hair fixed. As a person who is neurodivergent, the feeling of the uneven hair is unbearable.

I’m so happy with my haircut, I was in desperate need of a cut and my fringe was a mess but Katherine saved my hair. I have had so many bad haircuts and specially bad fringe cuts but I would recommend Katherine to anyone. Best haircut I’ve ever had! (And I am not exaggerating)
