Receptionist and another lady were extremely rude. I went in for a patch test and that’s it. They were asking me questions and repeating the same thing and I didn’t think it was clear what they were asking at all. They were interrogating me about irrelevant details. Extremely rude, unprofessional and short mannerisms from the both of them.
