Very rushed and unprofessional. 1hr appointment was over in 25 mins (including 10 mins waiting time). Cut was rushed and blow dry was awful, wouldn’t go back.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. If my hair wasn’t wet, I would’ve gotten up and left.
Mel asked if I wanted my hair curled I said sure, she tells me it’s extra, I say no problem. She then tells me she doesn’t have time for that. She also tells me off for not having booked in for ‘extensions’. Another hairstylist lets her know it’s not an option and that I had booked in for extra long hair. This was all only the introduction. She also had AirPods in the whole time.

Felt super rushed unfortunately The stylist had AirPods in the whole time and hardly spoke which might be good for some
The cut was fine The wash took literally 3 mins I didn’t realise until after that I’d actually booked for a moisturising treatment which definitely didn’t happen in 3 mins with shampoo and conditioner… I got there slightly early and was out by 7 mins past my appointment time. I feel disappointed that I paid for a service and was given a quick in and out without the treatment
