I have used this saloon several times, and was very happy with the service.
Last appointment they called me 3 minutes before it started (when I was already there!) stating there was at least a 30 minutes wait.
I asked for alternative slots with the same person, this was not possible.
When I complained that I had to leave earlier they offer me an alternative person to cut my hair, but this was not the service I booked for one week in advance, so not really a great experience overall

Was really happy to find this place! Uses great products and everyone was very friendly. I had a very simple cut/ brief and left very pleased. My hairdresser was great!! A+ :)
