I’ve been coming here consistently for three years. All cuts, all colour. I ended up paying £300 for full head, olaplex, root shadow and toner. No blow dry and then to top it off, they charged me £8 for a fringe trim. I felt rushed and came out feeling like I’d prefer to spend this much money on somewhere where I felt I was getting a better qualified level of treatment. I think this will be my last time. I can’t believe they didn’t even throw in the fringe trim for free. My hair also feels dry

I had booked my appointment with Drew via Treatwell. Upon arriving to my appointment (which I had travelled to for over an hour) I was told that Drew was not due to be in on that day and I could either reschedule or do the haircut with another stylist. Having said that, I was in contact with the salon 2 days before, the day before and on the actual morning of my appointment and not one staff member realised that they had a mix up. Customer service have been terrible and refusing to do anything.

This place is awful they ignored me for about 30 minutes before I had to go up and say for the second time I was here and waiting. The lady that cut my hair made me feel really insecure about my haircut at the end and laughed at what she had cut me saying it’s very 80s and is that what I wanted. Not really a thing to say to someone. Would never come back
