I booked in for a balyage treatment as my highlights had grown out. The stylist used a toner which made my hair go an orange/red colour then went on to apply this to my extension. I then had the toner applied 3 times to try and correct this error but still ended up with a colour I didn’t ask for. Appointment took over 7 hour & I went from having blonde tones to orange hair. Customer support are also useless and won’t offer a refund , their resolution is to go back in for an in salon assessment.
