I was phoned early in the morning to be told that the appointment I had booked wasn’t available.
I was going to a wedding wedding that day, so I couldn’t do any of the afternoon appointments. The only available appointment that I had there in the morning meant I had to rush out the door after they had phoned. This was all very stressful. As such, the stylist that I was asked to review on Treatwell therefore was not the stylist I had at livetrue.
