it was my first time booking a hairdresser on treatwell and had the appointment changed as they had no one available after it was booked. when I arrived I was seen straight away and the appointment was over in 30 minutes. there was no conversation

I had an appointment for 9:00 AM, but then they called and told me to come at 11:45 AM instead. When I arrived, there were other customers there. I am very upset and will not visit this salon again.

she was quite rude. Didn't listen what I want my hair cut as. Even the cut she did is uneven and I am very disappointed. 😞
