Booked for stylist 1. Received no communication that this stylist was not in due to calling in sick and I was informed only on arrival. I waited 45 minutes to have been allocated another stylist. Thankfully the stylist was incredible and definitely worth the wait. The staff were all friendly.

Hello, I would like to report that last Friday the 12th June I had booked an appointment for 8.15am in Vauxhall. I showed up and was told there was no stylist available so I would have to come back at 9.45. When I came back on time I was waiting 20 minutes then had someone wash witch they said they weren’t qualified for styling and that Someone else would come, then they never came so I had a the same women even tho she said she wasn’t qualified for that
