Stylist 1 does not exist - I booked an appointment through treatwell only to be turned away and I still haven’t got my money back. I wasn’t informed of this either so wasted time travelling to the salon. The receptionist should have authority to issue refunds in this instance rather than sending customers on through to HQ via email. I’ve had no support from treatwell either.

Booked and paid for the appointment but it was cancelled on the day due to them not having enough stylists in. Currently chasing them up to get my refund, which should be a simple enough process but apparently requires me to chase them up.
