Experience was great, and blow dry was amazing and has lasted days! Only lost a point as I paid for a deep conditioning treatment that I never received and I don’t think this had been marked down on the appointment on the live true side (not the stylists fault)

I really enjoyed my experience getting my hair done at this salon! The overall atmosphere in the salon was super relaxed and I felt super comfortable the whole time. My stylist Melis was amazing, she was sweet and friendly and i absolutely loved the way she styled my hair! Would definitely return :)

My hairdresser was great, but I booked for 2pm, got quite a rude call that they actually had no availability till 4pm, and I wasn’t able to cancel even though it wasn’t the time I booked. On arrival, the receptionist was bunt and rude and left me waiting for 30 mins with no explanation.
