I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had with this company. I had a scheduled appointment that was completely ignored. Not only was I asked to attend a location that was 40 minutes away from both my home and the place I originally chose for the service, but no assistance or support was offered at any point.
To make matters worse, I had to pay £15 for parking, only to end up not receiving the service at all. On top of this, I was not even refunded the money I had paid.
