I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but this was my experience. My hairdresser didn’t show up for my appointment, leaving me waiting for quite some time. Another stylist arrived and wasn’t with a client, but chose to do her makeup rather than assist with my haircut. Eventually, a different hairdresser finished with another client and was able to see me. The lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

My haircut was ok but a lot more than I wanted was cut off, and my hair was blow dried downwards so I had no volume and it wouldn’t stay in my parting. I didn’t love it. I had a treatment which left my hair feeling super soft and that was good but I was a little disappointed with the cut and blow dry.
