The service was super quick and prompt. Took only around 40 mins for the hairwash and blowdry. Blowdry was great.

Normally, when I go to this salon, the service is exceptional. This time, not so much. The stylist only washed my hair with shampoo once, no conditioner. It felt very rushed as my 1 hr appointment lasted only 25mins and those minutes weren’t used well. My curtain bangs are uneven. And the layers I asked for are practically non existent and I only noticed this once I had gone home and rewatched it. This is shocking as I normally have great experiences here
