I was left alone waiting for 20 minutes before being informed that the stylist had ‘called in sick’ and that I wasn’t going to be seen after all. There was no apology, no offer to rebook me in for another time etc, the receptionist just said she’s sick and then wandered off again. Really poor customer service was given on this occasion.
