Booked and paid for this appointment last minute and was then phoned by the salon to say that they couldn’t fulfil my appointment. I’m still waiting to hear anything back from both Treatwell and Live True regarding a refund that I am entitled to. Extremely frustrating that I cannot even get a response or acknowledgement to say that my request being dealt with. I will not be using Treatwell or Live True again.
