The receptionist did a very bad shampoo (I don’t think he is even an hairdresser as he’s not an hairdresser on Live True London website), the blow dry made by Charanjot was ok, but didn’t last 1h. One thing I did not like, Charanjot went to rinse the hair from a mask (when told him the shampoo was poor he offered a DRY shampoo) also the towels they use are dirty. Not going back.

Good blow dry, I didn’t love that the curls were stuck together and my hair was a bit frizzy, but I am happy overall
