My haircut was ok but a lot more than I wanted was cut off, and my hair was blow dried downwards so I had no volume and it wouldn’t stay in my parting. I didn’t love it. I had a treatment which left my hair feeling super soft and that was good but I was a little disappointed with the cut and blow dry.

I was really disappointed with the service. As a regular Treatwell customer who frequently visits LT salons, I felt the appointment was rushed from start to finish. The conditioner was barely left on, and I left with brown dye on my face and even my eyelid.
I’ve come home to a frizzy, untamed blow dry that I genuinely could have done better myself. To top it off, when I asked for my hair to be tonged, I was told it would cost extra despite already paying full price for a blow dry. Awful service
