Called 5 minutes before the session to say I needed a patch test at least 48 hours before the apt (I had booked the apt within 48 hours so am unsure why that slot was available at the time I booked if this was the case). Told them I was more than happy to sign a waiver and that I had my hair dyed many times before with no issues. Refused to treat me that day and also refused any sort of refund.
