When I arrived on Tuesday for my appointment, I was told that the stylist was running late. His first client was waiting. It was clear it would be more than an hour late...which did not work for my work schedule. They did nothing to accommodate. I even offered to blow my own hair out but they said that was not allowed. I rescheduled for the following day and had my daughter get her hair blown out. She had a good experience.
