Treatwell took full payment and Live True refused to provide the service because I hadn’t done a patch test. The staff were completely unhelpful, insensitive and unempathetic. I was reduced to tears. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience at a hair salon, particularly after I had paid for the service in full. I still don’t have a refund, despite walking out with no service and in tears. This salon is truly the worst.
