I went for the Ultimate Glow treatment, with cool lift as well as the LED light therapy facial.
I had an exceptional experience and result. Lily was incredibly professional and friendly. My treatment started with a detailed consultation of my concerns and goals as well as an enquiry of my usual facial self regiment. After an examination of my face and skin and consideration of my responses to the consultation, Lily explained how she would apply and adjust the treatment accordingly to ensure a fantastic and also healthy result for my skin.
The application of the different creams, gels, serums and techniques was superb. I felt really relaxed and in the hands of someone who is really passionate and experienced in their craft and helping others to look and feel better. Lily also explained throughout the different steps of the treatment what she was about to do, how she would apply the products and what adjustments she would be making in light of my sensitive skin. Also, the treatment room, towels and ambiance can be described as very relaxing and I really liked the light scents and music. Lily was also able to answer any questions I had whether about the treatment products, techniques or after care - further showing the depth of her knowledge, training and experience.
At the end of the treatment, I could notice a visibly healthier skin, glowing, smooth and with pores minimised. Lily also provided advice for enhancing my daily self regimen to maintain optimum skin health. The next day (i.e. today as I am writing this review), I can see that my acne marks have shrunk and seem less raw. I am especially thankful that Lily was able to very masterfully apply the facial treatments whilst protecting and helping my acne to heal.

Lily is an amazing esthetician! She truly is a hidden gem in London! I love this new Environ facial. It is both result oriented and relaxing which is what I always look for in a treatment. I've never been happier with my results! Thank you Lily!
