Alita was a wonderful therapist. Very helpful ensuring the products used were ok for my skin (as I have allergies to certain ingredients) and let me know what she was doing at different stages of my facial. Loved the thoroughness of the electronic tool she used for the extraction process and my skin was smooth and clear afterwards. She then worked really hard to release knots in my shoulders, whilst also helping the rest of my back relax during my massage.
