I booked this appointment for my daughter who wanted her eyebrows waxed and shaped. We arrived and was escorted into a bright, well lit, warm room. While waiting we were offered tea or coffee and made to feel comfortable. The treatment was explained to my daughter and questions were answered. She was made to feel comfortable and relaxed as she was a little nervous. The girl who did the waxing did an amazing job and my daughter is thrilled to bits. Definitely going back for other treatments.
