I have been to Betty Lou's a few times now and I've definitely found my new regular salon!
The staff are very friendly, full of great advice and always do what you ask (no nasty surprises).
They also have a very cute resident dog.

On the good side: staff were sweet and friendly, the polish was well-applied and it was decent value for money.
On the bad side: the salon was a bit untidy, but they were having building work done and apologised. I didn't get the advertised foot soak, and the appointment only lasted 45 minutes instead of 1hr 20mins - I didn't realise until after I'd left and checked what I'd booked, otherwise I would have said something while I was there.
I love my ombre. Thank you Natalie and Liz. I'll see you again soon! I hope that all the bad luck is over :).
I've had some pretty bad experiences with hairdressers and have been trying to find one I'm happy with for a long time. I'm so pleased to say that Natalie has restored my faith and I will definitely be going back to see her again. She spent time and care giving me the perfect cut and blow dry which I'm really happy with. THANKS Natalie.
Went in with no idea what I wanted, found the staff to be so helpful and understanding.
