I recently visited Betty Lou's for my first appointment to have an ombré colour and cut and blow dry. The girls are very friendly and welcoming, and this salon has great potential. I was happy with my cut and blowdry. There are however two negative aspects to my trip here. I have since noticed that there a couple of patchy areas of blonde and some of my hair has a yellowy tinge to it which can make this style look a bit cheap. Secondly, upon getting home from the salon I realised that I had been overcharged quite considerably - as this was
my first visit my cut should have only been £19, but I was charged £32. Unfortunately this is the lasting memory I have of this trip rather than the cut and style.

just such a genuinely warm and friendly salon, great value and careful and attentive cutting too :-)
