Despite Wahanda not sendings a confirmation email, I headed down to Brighton in the driving rain and wind!
Natalie was in the salon, she listened to what I needed, had a look at my hair and made some recommendations and then made me a cuppa - perfect.
Natalie did what we discussed unlike other salon experiences, and I love my new cut. Now I just want to have a play and see what I can do with it.
The only downside was she spent a long time doing a beautiful curly blow dry, then the awful weather turned it into a rats nest!?!
Very friendly staff and a good pedicure. Would go there again. Would have maked higher if the environment was a bit more relaxing, with comfy pedi chair and somewhere relaxing for me to wait for pedi to dry a bit longer.

As per usual Betty Lou deliver a fab cut at a great price. My daughter and husband also got the BL treatment and we are looking like one seriously stylish family yay! xx
Everyone was very friendly. I went in with a medium brown hair color and came our with a beautiful deep red. Great experience!

I had booked an appointment for a special occasion and so I wasn't too sure what I was booking so I booked 'Hair Up Including Setting'. When I got to the salon, we had to wait until the hairdresser arrived. I then chose the style I wanted but as I didn't need it to be set I thought it would be the cheaper of the two options. The full head of styling including set costs £38 whereas the half head of styling costs £25. It was obvious that the hairdresser was in a rush and didn't really want to be there so we went for Victory Rolls which is clearly stated on their website as half head of styling which should have been £25. No one notified my friend and I of the changes and we were both still charged £38 each for a half head of styling. It was obvious they just wanted to make the money from us and in total we were there for no more than an hour in which time both of us had our hair done.
I was really looking forward to having my hair done here and whilst I was fairly happy with the end product I was very unhappy with the price they charged us.
