Fabulous, cool and fun. Great treament and haircut - old school quality and values meshed with a retro edge. Attention to detail and cutomer experience are extremly important to me, Betty Lou met my expectations (and my son loves my Octopus). I will be back.....

Betty asked what I would like done to my hair. I explained to Betty that I would like to look much younger. Betty suggested, I should have my hair thinned out, layered and a little bit shorter. I agreed. The transformation was fantastic. Throughout the session, Betty was very chatty / friendly making me feel very relaxed. I do recommend the salon and the service is of a very high quality. The location is within easy access of central Brighton

I went to Betty Lou's on Friday for a cut and colour and was really impressed with this quirky little salon..I'm so glad I found it! The place was chilled out, had loads of character, and Liz was really friendly, and immediately made me feel at home! I couldn't fault the cut and colour at all, I love it, and I will definitely go back. I would recommend this place to anyone to try...and the nails they do in there also look amazing! Thanks Liz! x

Great little salon, so good they are going to expand next door! Natalie took such care and effort to give me the blondey brown highlights that I wanted, and it was a hard task as I had faded out home dyed red hair as the canvas! Liz was really nice and chatty, and I loved sitting there listening to fab 50s tunes and admiring the gorgeous dresses in the window! Oh & I really liked the vintage heater chair, could have sat there all day! Cant wait to get my nails done next! Well done to Liz & team for making such a cool little salon! See you at the Bop! ;)

Really lovely place, small and independent. Easy to book. Great cut and excellent value. I've paid much more for less elsewhere in town.
