Unfortunately the hairdresser I was booked with was ill, I did get a phone call on the day to cancel but was disappointed as I had booked for a special occasion.
I booked an Ombré and a haircut between 5.30 and 8.00. I arrived a little late and as a result the whole process felt really rushed despite being finished about 50 minutes early.
I had a dry cut before the ombré to save time and avoid wasting bleaching the hair to be cut off. This means however that I have split ends only 3-4 days after the cut.
Despite this I have never had a bad cut here and will likely book again.

The lady removing my gel polish was lovely, however due to a client turning up late this then meant that I didn't receive a good buff and tidy up of my nails after- this was something that was stated on the e-voucher. The lady did do a small touch up but because she was in such a rush, my nails looked terrible afterwards and I went home and filed them myself.
Bit of a shame, but for a fiver, its cheaper than anywhere else I've seen so far!
I really enjoyed going to Betty Lou's. Liz cut my hair and she really listened to what I wanted and explained exactly what she was doing every step of the way. The salon was pretty and fun and Liz was extremely welcoming. Thank you!
