I was really embarrassed about my nails but Lizzie never made me feel bad about it. She was very friendly and we chatted throughout the visit. She explained all the processes to me and helped me with my colour choice which I love! She advised on next appointments and went out of her way to fit me in before Christmas. Very pleased and looking forward to going again.
