I'm going to start by saying that I usually avoid needles at all costs. However, it was recommended to me. The treatment was pain free and actually relaxing. I walked out of there with a normal shoulder position... speaks for itself :-)

Spent an hour with Lucy getting reflexology. Lucy is so friendly and knowledgeable, it was a lovely treatment. It was very relaxing and amazing to learn what Lucy picked up on in terms of pain/problems while giving the treatment. Healing hands! Will be back again soon.
