Running late, offered me a manicure to apologise but went back on that when another customer came in? Don’t offer if you can’t follow through. Nicked me multiple times. Will not be coming back
The lady doing my nails didn’t speak any English ,so I couldn’t speak to her directly, and needed the help of a third party from the reception to translate and ask her to slow down, as she seemed to be stressed/in a rush and I prefer a more gentle approach.Then halfway through the treatment , it turns out that she was doing gel manicure while I booked a normal manicure. Apparently this was a mistake of the reception, they fixed it, but I found this experience very unprofessional.
