Great job with the haircut, wash and beard trimming
I booked a Balayage & Ombre with Lucy. I was seen straightaway. I've shown Lucy the colour i want, I wasn't expecting it to turn out like the way i wanted! I've been to many salons before and they just do the same thing over and over again. Lucy explained to me the process and anything that would help me maintain my hair. The only thing that i didn't like was when they leave me there and don't tell me how long i'd wait for the process or treatment.. And also, there was this lady who doesn't speak english that I found quite rude. She was putting the towel around me while i was sat down and she was just pushing my back without saying anything. But over-all, I was happy with how my hair turned out! Lucy is the best hairstylist! I'd definitely come back and recommend her to everyone!❤️ She's amazing!

I leave this salon in tears as my hair was bright orange!
No offer of reduced price as it's not what I asked for (asked for light brown)
Actually had to pay more for a treatment that I didn't ask for (Botox)
Now I have to go to another hairdresser to get it sorted costed me a lot of money
Do not recommend this place!

The hairdresser was lovely but didn’t speak any English, it was a bit unsettling at the beginning although she understood what I wanted in the end. I left happy overall but it was a bit of a gamble with the language barrier.
