Livbou is a very easy going individual. She is caring, considerate whilst being very knowledgeable about the skills she uses and develops to enhance the whole nail removal, replacement, renewal process. She explains each step of the process she is undertaking. She ensures that you are comfortable with each stage.
I cannot commend her enough.
