Went for a haircut, I explained exactly what I wanted to do and I showed them a photo of the haircut too. Nothing complicated, just an asymmetric long bob. Lisa was confident that she could do it (she is a hairdresser after all). I ended up with one side of straight short bob hair and the other side straight long bob hair - not even asymmetric. As I realised what had happened, I asked at least to try make both sides the same. Lisa couldn’t cut my hair straight as she said and she asked for her colleague to help. I felt that I had asked 4 year olds to cut my hair and not a ‘professional’ hairdresser. Never going back.

Staff were really welcoming, great range of drinks on offer while I waited. Had hair done by Rebecca and she was great, really friendly and did exactly as I asked and was quick too - love my hair! I’ve been looking for a new salon to go to and I’ve found it :)
