The rods for my perm were put in with very inconsistent tightness most being far too loose, meaning that most of my hair is still straight. The stylist seemed somewhat unsure of what she was doing at times. The salon itself seemed clean and tidy

Arranged a last minute blow dry and Oana did a perfect straight blow dry and even trimmed my fringe. She also gave me great advice for my next colour. Oana was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable.
