I didn’t get the colour i asked for, left with black hair. I went back to get it fixed but left with only the ends of my hair slightly lighter. The hairdresser tried to get away with it by saying it looks like ‘balayage’ but thats something i never asked for. I’m so disappointed and can’t believe i was charged for such a poor service. I’ve left with dry, dark and damaged hair. I am so disappointed and will never return.
