Nicky was really fantastic, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was very welcoming, warm and kind and she really listened to my concerns, suggesting positive solutions and giving me a good long term plan to help get my hair back to full health. I was very pleased with my haircut and left feeling so much better than when I arrived!
