Very welcoming staff at reception. Fabulous coffee served whilst waiting. Lola is extremely good at what she does and very thorough. Excellent hygiene standards observed.

I visited Lola to get my gel manicure done through Groupon voucher. This was wonderful. However, I thought of getting face wax which was a huge mystery in terms of its charges. The overall they charged was 30 pounds. This was the most expensive face wax I have ever got it done. They did give me NHS discount but I still had to give 22.50 pounds. Also, please be aware that threading is not included in fave wax. For Lola, face wax means both sides, chin and upper lips. Apparently for them, forehead, cheeks are not part of face. I will never go there again as there were unknown charges and this was the most expensive fave wax for me ever.
