Lola was lovely and knowledgeable, very welcoming and gentle mannered.
I was a little surprised to find the couch set up in the family lounge. Whilst this did not detract from the treatment, it was disturbed by another client arriving, a family member coming home and the phone ringing in the lounge whilst I had my facemask treatment!
The microdermabrasion itself was nice and my skin felt lovely, even though it was my first treatment.
