The Therapist was very nice. My hd brows were average they weren't trimmed or threaded which I would leave expected

Would recommend and will be returning myself. There was a slight mix up with appointment as a double booking had occurred but it was handled really well that I'll still happily give Lola's 5stars!

I bought a voucher for my Friend and i to have a massage. We booked over a month in advance ,but unfortunately i phoned and got thru to the answering machine on several occassoins and no one called back,that should have been alarm bells then. Called to see if we could get an earlier appt but Therapist said that wasnt possible ,so we just went along on the date at 2.00pm to find no one was at the salon. I was furious as i was thru from Dundee for the day. Once again i tried calling the therapist but guess what no answer just for a change. When leaving the building another client was trying to get in for an appt and she had emailed the day before to confirm her appt but no email was answered. I will never recommend this salon to anyone
I had a lovely hot stone massage with mini facial, the therapist was great and I felt very relaxed after my treatment.
