I really dislike writing negative reviews but as someone who values the opinions of others when searching for a good therapist, I'll be completely honest.
The room was very nice, clean and tidy, therapist friendly, no complaints in these areas. However my treatment was really lacking. I had booked for a package which included a massage, facial and Indian head massage, however only received the massage and facial. I can't complain about the timings, as it lasted as long as it was supposed to, just minus one treatment. I personally like a medium-deep massage and I just didn't feel much pressure at all. Leg massage left me cold, as both legs were uncovered at the same time. During my facial a mask was applied and I was left in the room alone, a pet hate of mine. A nice hand and arm/foot/head massage would do wonders at this time. I left feeling a little underwhelmed.

Was a bit tricky to find as its in an office block but once I got there the treatment room was lovely and the lady who did my treatment was very professional. Will be going back.
