I was pleasantly surprised when I randomly bought my treatment. You always worry that the place will be a nightmare or you'll end with half an eyebrow! But none of that whatsoever, Louise was pleasant, professional and knew what she was doing that was clear to me as the colour for my eyelashes are perfect and my eyebrows do not look like big fat slugs! I would definitely recommend to anyone the treatment I got. Now I just need to work my way through the rest she has to offer! Thanks Louise.

Louise is a friendly therapist and she has an excellent massage technique. I found the massage very relaxing and almost fell asleep. The Neals Yard products facial was fabulous, the products used smelled amazing and I looked fresh for at least three days afterwards. My make up applied more smoothly and sat better on my face following the facial. The salons location is very convenient just next to Central Station.
