The derma planning itself was good and as expected, but Louise went too far up and messed up my hair line and only asked, after it was too late, if it was ok.
I had the luxury treatment which before was said to include LED, on the day she said it would be best to come back to do this part as my skin was dry, she also offered to add in microdermabrasion. However, she then cancel 30 mins before my appointment for LED and microdermabrasion, and since hasn’t responded to my messages.
