I booked the fresh as a Daisy microdermabrasion facial with the eye treatment for Saturday based on a friend's recommendation. I got there early and was told to wait. 15 minutes after my appointment was due to start I was told that the machine broke during a prior treatment and they couldn't do it. That's understandable. However, I was told to use the phone number they have on the app and reschedule and that they'll offer another complimentary facial on top for the inconvenience. So I texted the phone number the same day but I am yet to hear back. Really disappointed. Would just like my £32 back at this point.
