After thinking I required a patch test for the eyebrow tint and trying to cancel the whole appointment through Treatwell she contacted me personally to resolve the issue which was fantastic I was expecting a generic email to say it had been resolved! Very welcoming and friendly, took the time to talk to me about what sort of look I was going for and gave the best advice for aftercare and further treatments. The lashes themselves are weightless doesn’t even feel like I have anything on them 100% natural looking very pleased with my service would highly recommend
