I had such a lovely experience with Lola. She took me through all the different toner colours and what effect they would have on my hair which I loved.
She’s also fantastic at blow drying - I have long thick hair and I needed the bouncy blow dry to last for 2 days until a wedding abroad. It lasted and had so many compliments!
