It's the second time I've come for a wax here and once more have been amazed with the quality of the treatment and the friendliness of the staff. By far my best waxing experience in London, am making it my regular salon.
Hollywood Waxing
The studio was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and definitely kept my privacy. The massage itself was ok, not bad but I had better. The lady spend a long time on one shoulder and hardly paid attention to the other side. And did not touch my lower back at all. So it was a bit uneven. But still relaxing and nice.
Swedish Massage
The staff were really lovely & friendly. The venue, although the understandably as it's quite new is still quite spare and lacks some ambiance. Maybe some burning dented cancels and more tasteful decoration would help here. After my wax I was asked to check for hairs which I thought was good and they went over any bits pointed out. However that evening when the redness had gone done it still felt like there were many baby hairs left untouched and my legs were not as smooth as I'd have hoped.

My eyebrows were almost ruined at the last place I went to but Pam was absolutely brilliant. She immediately put me at ease and really listened to what I wanted. My eyebrows looked great. Will definitely come back
