The appointment availability was wide open, so I booked an appointment and arranged my schedule accordingly. I then received a barely audible vm saying they were fully booked that day..... why oh why hadn’t they updates this on the app? Obviously they hadn’t updated their app, thus wasting my time. Won’t be rebooking as have zero confidence in the establishment.

Bit stressy with calendar mix up as staff issues. Have yet to do the eye brow wax/go back but I've rated it a 3 anyway.
My colour was fine but not done on the day I booked via treatwell. Hair dresser very knowledgeable and friendly.

I did have a massage also which was firm and worth it.
Beauty rooms very clean but toilet needs improving (sorry).
l will be going back again.
