Francy is the best!! I have been going to her for years (balayage, haircuts and keratin treatment) and she has never disappointed. Always come out of the appointment looking and feeling amazing!! Recently had a keratin treatment with her and she absolutely slayed my hair - it has never been this luscious before. Would highly recommend!!
