I have medium length thick hair and Had a wonderful haircut with Francy. She really listened to my preferences and discussed different options for the cut- double checking along the way which I really appreciated. One of the best cuts I ever got. The receptionist was very pleasant and courteous. Definitely highly recommend.

Really pleased with my manicure, and the staff were lovely. It's a small thing but where you are sat for the manicure felt in the way and a few times my chair was bumped. It was more a ambience and experience thing which is why I marked that lower.

It wasn't a very ambient atmosphere and the treatment didn't run for an hour, as it was supposed to. I received a cleanse, tone, moisturise - followed by the microdermabrasion and extraction. Then a face mask.
